DONNIE DARKO WAS A TRUE STORY

Donnie Darko was based on a true story of time travel and parallel universes. Before his "death," Darko traveled back to 1884 and became the original model for the Moxie Cola bottle. "Jake Gyllenhaal" is actually a parallel universe Donnie Darko; through inventing the Gyllenhaal family and propping it up as a family of actors, Donnie seeks to spread the gospel that humans can travel through the multiverse at will.

Project Rooftop--Wolverine: Look Sharp

I drew this illustration for the most recent Project Rooftop costume-redesign contest. I have no idea if the judges even saw it. I know for sure that it didn't win (another talent did) and have no idea if it's even an "honorable mention"--that site is taking a long time to post the honorable mentions. But in the interest of it not languishing unseen on my hard drive, here it is.
