Ah-oooo! Werewolf of London!

Since the mid-nineties, back when I worked at Time Warp Comics in Boulder, Colorado, I've periodically created black-and-white drawings of classic horror-movie characters for one particular client, Mr. Sullivan. I consider him my first client, so it's a pleasure to still be doing new entries in the series decades later.

Depicted here is Henry Hull as the Werewolf of London, from the film of the same title. Werewolf of London is the earliest extant werewolf film (the first werewolf film was 1913's silent The Werewolves, but all known prints have been destroyed).

13th Night

This past summer I co-wrote (with Stephen Graham Jones), penciled, inked, colored, and lettered 13th Night, a comic about Shakespeare's "First Folio", the first complete collection of The Bard's plays ever printed. Without the First Folio about half of his plays would be unknown to us, plays such as Macbeth, Twelfth Night, and The Tempest. This comic was created for the University of Colorado at Boulder's exhibition of the touring First Folio making its way across all fifty states. As it was a non-profit venture (for the University, anyway), and the book is not for sale, I am posting the book in its entirety. Enjoy.
